Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development, e-g responding to call, Attending the visitors atc. .
- Education (Minimum 4 year Bachelors Degree);
- Target Oriented, with excellent service oriented attitude;
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Candidate will be required to
- Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & facebook and provide relevant information.;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Convert Inquiries into sales;
- Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities;
- Assistance with admission and visa application;
- Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online Queries, LinkdIn, Visitors;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care;
- Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give followup where necessary;
